It's Okay to Feel This Way - A Poem
Hello beloved lemons 🍋The good news for today is that i got inspired by Calvin Sparks song' "It's Okay Not to Be Okay".
So I decided to write a poem, well here it goes..
It's Okay to Feel This Way
When life gives you lemons,
And the sky's all gray,
It's alright to admit,
Its okay not to be okay
In the midst of the storm,
Feeling lost, led astray,
Just hold on tight,
It's okay to feel this way
When the path seems endless,
And chaos tries to sway,
Deep down, you'll realize,
It's okay not to be okay
As shadows lengthen,
And colors fade away,
Savor the sour with a positive twist,
It's okay to feel this way
REFLECTION ✨️
Life has its ups and downs, and sometimes, it's tough to keep a smile on your face. Inspired by Calvin Sparks' comforting message in "It's Okay Not to Be Okay," this poem serves as a gentle reminder that it's alright to embrace our feelings, even when things aren't going our way.
The lines of the poem encourage us to face our struggles head-on. The gray skies and storms symbolize those difficult moments we all encounter. But instead of pushing our feelings aside, the poem reassures us that it's okay to feel this way. It's okay to not always have it all together.
In a world that often demands perfection, admitting that we're not okay can feel like a radical act. But it's in these honest, vulnerable moments that we find true strength. This poem isn't just about acknowledging our feelings—it's about holding on through the storm, knowing that brighter days will come.
So, next time you find yourself feeling down, It's okay to feel this way. Just like the sourness of a lemon can be turned into refreshing lemonade, our toughest moments can lead to growth, resilience, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Signing off with Final Thoughts🪄
Ohkay that was deep, here is some lemonade to cool you off 🧊 🫗
this poem is a reminder dear lemons that your feelings are valid, and it's perfectly okay to not be okay. Let us all embrace those emotions, and let them guide you towards a place of acceptance and peace. Until next time 💤
