My Journey to a Positive Mindset

 A positive mindset has been a game-changer for me. But, let me tell you, it wasn't always this way. There was a time when negativity clouded my days and self-doubt ruled my thoughts. Here's the story of how I turned things around and how you can too.

It all started during a rough patch. College was stressful, Relationships felt strained, and every day seemed like an uphill battle. One evening, after yet another long day, I stumbled upon an article about positive thinking. Skeptical yet desperate for change, I decided to give it a shot. Some key steps i follow to develop my positive thinking are as follows and yes it really works!

STEP 1 : Gratitude Journaling: I began by writing down three things I was grateful for each day. It was tough at first, but slowly, I started noticing the small joys I previously overlooked.

STEP 2: Positive Affirmations: Every morning, I stood in front of the mirror and repeated affirmations like, "I am capable," and "I am deserving of happiness." It felt silly initially, but these words started sinking in over time.

STEP 3: Mindfulness Meditation: Spending just ten minutes a day focusing on my breath and clearing my mind helped reduce stress and brought a sense of calm and clarity.
